Brix N’ Plotz, LLC is an Austin based, REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS company that focuses on helping home owners get out of unpleasant situations.

Life does not always go as planned and for some homeowners, this can mean what was once their home and a place of serenity, becomes nothing more than a trap or financial burden that is overbearing. This can come from a bad divorce, job loss making it difficult to keep up with payments or maintenance, a death in the family, having to move out of state abruptly, bad tenants, upside down on loans, Tax Liens, etc.
